Friday, April 2

Wedding & Reception | 7:00 pm - midnight
Latrobe’s on Royal
403 Royal St, New Orleans, LA 70130

Please begin arriving at 6:30 pm. Our ceremony will begin at 7:00 pm sharp. In true New Orleans fashion, we’re kicking off the celebration immediately following the ceremony. Expect incredible food served throughout the evening — but no formal seated dinner or assigned tables — a dance floor that opens right away, and a Second Line parade to close out the night.

Formal attire. Funky flair welcome. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Still in town on Saturday?

We hope you stick around to explore New Orleans. We’ll be bopping around town, catching up with all our loved ones and lettin’ our hair down big time.

The weekend

Our story

We met at a house party in West Village on June 26, 2022. We both immediately felt like we had known each other our entire lives, exchanged numbers, and had a date a few days later.

That week, Tara left for a summer away - but that didn’t keep us apart! Taylor immediately integrated herself as a core tenant of Tara’s Montauk summer rental, and Tara considered Taylor’s apartment her personal pied-à-terre for any and all excuses to come back to NYC.

On September 13, 2025, Taylor told Tara she was out of town on business and surprised her with a ring, a mural, and a big ol’ surprise engagement party in West Village. The next day, Tara surprised Taylor (and a little bit herself) with “The Drop Knee”, a 90 minute podcast that narrated their love story and played off Taylor’s critically acclaimed podcast, The Dropout. Talk about appeasing a Leo.

We can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter of our love story with you in one of our favorite cities in the world. It means the universe to us to celebrate with you!

Where to stay

New Orleans has great hotels and endless options. Staying in the French Quarter will be the most convenient and where the brides will be, but you may find more sleep in other top picks.

Things to do

We want our wedding to feel like your vacation. Here are some of our favorite spots to eat, drink, and explore.
